Her Future: Women in Motion

  • Bond Institute of Health & Sport 2 Promethean Way Robina, Queensland, 4226 Australia (map)

From the first menstrual cycle to pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause and beyond, women's bodies experience significant change. So why has so much health, exercise and sports advice traditionally been based on research that didn't fully reflect the female experience?

The good news is that this is changing.

Join us during Bond University's Research Week for an engaging and practical morning exploring the latest research into women's health, movement and performance across the lifespan.

Whether you're a woman looking to better understand your own health, a health or fitness professional supporting female clients, a coach working with women and girls, a student considering a career in health or sport, or simply someone interested in learning more to support the women in your life, this session is for you.
